This July we're challenging our community to move every day for the month of July.
Not because every session needs to be huge. Because consistency beats perfection. Move your body. Chase your happy. Be a little better than yesterday.
Great ways to add an extra session on your rest day:
1. 10 min stretch session at home
2. Leisurely walk to your favourite local cafe
Something a bit more:
1. Online class from youtube - yoga, pilates, HIIT - that you have always wanted to try
Something to do with your family:
1. Bike ride - find a nice loop close by
2. Local hike - a trail you have never done but always said you should
