Return & Exchange Guide

Wondering how to lodge a return/exchange request? You've come to the right place.

Step 1: Ensure you qualify

  • Items must be unworn (apart from trying on for sizing), and unwashed with original tags
  • Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of date of dispatch
  • Item must have been ordered without any special sales period stipulations

Step 2: Sign in to your account

Step 3: Click on "orders"

Step 4: Click "request return"

Step 5: Select what you'd like to return, and tell us if you'd like to exchange, get store credit, or cash refund in the notes

Please tell us if you'd like store credit, item exchange (and the size+item you'd like), or cash refund (incurs $8 restocking fee) in the "note" field

Step 6: We'll process your return/exchange and you'll get a shipping label in your email shortly
