Shipping, Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

All you need to know about shipping or returning your LAB purchases, inc Free Shipping and Limited Free Returns.  

For all returns please login (click the person icon on the top right) and lodge your return through your account. 

If any of the products you purchase are faulty and do not work as expected, please log in to your account to lodge a return and we will arrange to have them exchanged or refunded. Unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or refund used sportswear or swimwear due to hygiene concerns (unless faulty). If the price of items you want to exchange it for is greater than the one purchased, a payment for the difference may be required.

Shipping & Free Shipping

  • Australia wide Free Shipping is available for order over $150 
  • All stock ships from our distribution center in Warriewood, Sydney. This means your order is delivered to your door, fast!
  • All stock that is available to order through our site will normally ship within the same business day if placed before our cut-off at 12:00pm AEST on business days
  • Shipping rates are calculated on your location and can be previewed prior to Checkout. Enter your delivery information in the Cart page to preview your shipping options and costs
  • Shipping times depend on your location, however orders within Australia should arrive 2-10 days of placing your order, subject to shipping method selected
  • Once shipped, order can not be modified or cancelled

International Shipping

  • Free international shipping for orders over $199
  • North America, Mainland Europe (inc UK) and Parts of Asia of a flat rate of $40AUD for DHL International Express shipping. Allow up to 5 working days for delivery
  • Countries not covered by Nth America, Europe and Asia have a flat rate of $80AUD for DHL International Express shipping. Allow up to 9 working days for delivery
  • Cheaper delivery options are available, these are shipped through Australia Post and pricing and delivery time frames depend on location. 
  • All local country taxes (i.e VAT or GST) and any extra local delivery costs incurred are the customers responsibility.

Limited Free Returns

  • Free Postage Paid Returns is available for full priced items
  • The items return must be lodged through our portal within ten (10) days of receiving the item to be eligible for free return shipping (Australia Only)
  • Items that are sale items of that fall outside of the 10 day return period are done so at the customers expense
  • Maximum of 1 Free Postage Paid Return per purchase. Further Returns/Exchanges are done so at the customers expense
  • For information on creating a return label for your warranty and where to drop off a parcel you are returning, please login to your account, select the order and item you would like to return. Our team will then review your request and provide next steps.
  • If you are eligible for a free postage paid return, we will send you a return label to stick on the bag and drop at a red post box or Australia Post shop. 
  • We do not accept any packages returned by Aust Post COD.
  • We cannot refund costs for returns sent outside of our shipping system
  • Return items with all packaging – please include all product tags, labels & original packaging.
  • Live And Breathe Active will process all returns and exchanges within two (2) working days of receiving the returned goods back 

Repairs, Returns, Exchanges and Warranty

  • For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items, return shipping fees will be covered by Live And Breathe Active.
  • Live And Breathe Active will assess all items returned for warranty assessment and our decision is final. Items not deemed to be covered by warranty (i.e abused, miss-use, wear and tear, improper care) will be returned at the customer expense
  • To request a return label please login to your account and select the item you wish to return and include information about the issue in the notes. 
  • Live And Breathe Active will process all repairs, returns and warranties within two (2) working days of receiving the returned goods back 
  • Items that require Repair will be prioritised with final ETA to be communicated on a case by case basis
  • Should a replacement item no longer be available Live And Breathe Active will offer an equivalent alternative or upgrade when necessary


  • All refunds will be processed within two (2) working days of approval.
  • Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order.
  • Refunds of items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased.
  • Please allow up to fourteen (14) days after Live And Breathe Active has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.

Custom made items

  • Due to the one off production of any Custom options, we can not offer a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty
  • We strongly advise using a Live And Breathe Active retail equivalent to ensure you are happy with fit and performance prior to ordering a custom designed item
  • Custom production doesn't commence until final approval and sign-off along with payment in full are all completed
  • Production can take up to 6 weeks plus shipping
