Each monthly challenge is designed to bring our community together. Drawing inspiration from our values, every challenge celebrates what makes the LAB community unstoppable: connection, growth, and the relentless drive to be our best selves.
Each month we will giveaway 3 x $50 vouchers, these will be randomly awarded to three people who have signed up to the challenges & given it a red hot go. So make sure you're signed up, and joined our strava group so we can track your progress.

Stay active, have fun, and celebrate the season with 12 days of festive challenges! Each day is a unique challenge of swim, bike OR run to keep the challenge fun, festive and fruity!

Swim 10k throughout the month to celebrate the new year.

Strava Art Competition
To all the Picasso's out there, this one is for you. Throughout March, submit your best strava art for your chance to win 1 of 3 prizes. You can submit as many entries as you like.
April
Emma Jeffcoat's Challenge
Each week in April pick your favourite cafe to stop at before, during or after a swim, ride or run. And treat yourself, because we need to fuel the work & fun.
May
No One Left Behind
Commit to doing at least 1 x sport session per week with friend(s). Be sure to add post workout selfies to your strava
June
Winter Solstice
Celebrate the winter solstice on the 21st June by doing an outdoor activity between 6-8am or 4-6pm. Who is going to be brave enough to embrace the shortest day of the year?
July
Better Than Yesterday
Move every day this July! Keep your momentum rolling, your consistency flowing, and the winter wobbles away. Every bit of movement counts — just show up!

Elevation Nation
Clock 2,000m of elevation on foot or by bike

Hannah Young's Challenge
Grab a family member, partner or friend and take them on their favourite walk / hike / run / swim / ride etc!

Lauren's Lego Challenge
For the next month, complete one Brick Session per week.
A Brick Session is a back-to-back workout combining: Swim → Bike or Bike → Run.
Just like LEGO bricks, these sessions help you build strength, endurance, and race-day readiness — one brick at a time.
