Jo truly embodies Pursue Your Happy. With a smile that’s always present and a fearless enthusiasm for new challenges, she’s never one to shy away from trying something new or stepping outside her comfort zone. Now firmly in her “Doer” phase of life, Jo throws herself wholeheartedly into whatever she chooses, finding joy in the experience every time. That energy, courage, and genuine love for living are just a few of the many reasons we’re so grateful to have her as part of our community and our brand. 1. What LAB Value most resonates with you?

this is genuinely hard one for me as each and every one resonates strongly for me. Pursue your happy probably just in front of No one left behind. See. I still had to mention two. !

2. What does your ideal ‘pursue your happy’ day look like?

ohhhhhh blue skies. A sunrise. Summer it would be start with a swim, and colder months sunrise on my bike. A good breaky strong coffee & belly laughing .

3. What’s one habit that has made a big difference in your life?

Triathlon was huge part of my life for two decades & I would say not as a competitor rather a DOER. I just formed habits of being a "do things" person and the joy and feeling of "wow I just did that!" is still something I seek out - it's not necessarily event driven these days.

4. What’s a goal you have you eyes over the next 12-18 months?

im getting my cycle legs ready for two weeks climbing cols in the Pyrenees this July, during TdF so this is my main focus at moment. Also hoping to tick off as many as theLAB challenges I can! Sweatmas and swim challenge so far !

5. We really value having you as part of oursupportambassador family for many years —what is it about the brand that keeps you coming back year after year?

it has been a privilege to be amongst the team for 5(?)years now and I love supporting small business. Being part of A family community & connecting to athletes watching where we all do our thing is pretty cool ! The swim bike run , activewear has always had meaning and beautiful prints too ! We have a run club and we all lovvvvve being matchy in our mid thigh shorts particularly in our teams event Bondi to Manly relay each year
