Happiest Sporting Memories

The final two kilometres of the Gold Coast T100, with my family and dog riding alongside me on Lime bikes cheering and screaming. It was an absolute scene and turned the last grind into something really special and so much easier.

Goal for 2026

Complete my first Ironman Busselton and find comfort and love in the discomfort

Your Extraordinary Moments

Finishing the Marbella 70.3 World Champs, running my first sub‑3 hour marathon, and completing my first ultramarathon in 2024 alongside my favourite person - especially meaningful after a disrupted lead-in and health challenges.

One thing you do to be better than yesterday:

Every day I am trying to be more present within sessions, races and any experiences especially those that I want to avoid. It really does make you feel grateful for what you are able to do and where you are and usually the hardest ones are the most rewarding.

A time when someone gave you a chance:

I was given a chance by a coach in hockey when I was younger to join a team and training group where I felt out of my depth. The trust and encouragement from everyone made me actually fall in love with sports and realise that chasing tough standards and goals is so rewarding.

Person you most look up to:

My parents.

The love for the sport and the associated experiences, places, people and personal growth that you get from it. They support anyone that crosses them, from the winners to the last people they are there relentlessly cheering. Rather than chasing times they have taught me to chase experiences and find joy in the people, places and things that accompany.
