BFCM Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the considerable discounts and large volume of orders, from November 17 - December 2, we are not able to offer refunds for Change of Mind purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we provide store credit equal to the sale value of your item. We are happy to offer exchanges for items returned in original condition - unwashed, and unworn beyond trying on for fitting purposes. Exchanges are subject to available alternatives. We will do our utmost to ensure we get you in the correct size.

Returns and exchanges are subject a $15 dollar return fee. This covers the return postage label we supply for you to return the items.
