What's your return policy?
Our policy is make it easy! Free postage paid returns within 30 days for any full priced item. Jump onto your account, select the item you want to exchange and we will email you the return label or give you instructions. Got more questions? Send us an email thelab@liveandbreatheactive.com
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. We process orders same day, and depending on what service you've chosen, it could be next day or a couple of days for Australia Post to get your order to you.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How do I know my size?
Our size charts are designed to get a great fit for you. We have both height & weight as well as measurements to help you find the right size. If you're still not sure, give us a call, we find we get people into the right size over the phone with a few questions and decades of experience.

The shorts are bright enough and fun to wear and mix and match with lots of tops, great everyday shorts. Legs are slightly longer, fabric is light and cool.
The perfect long length singlet for mix and match with any number of shorts for running or the gym. The singlet back is quite narrow and shows bra straps.
I love these shorts. They are light and cool for hot weather and the pink colour and pattern is fun. They look great on worn with a hot pink tank and pink socks.

Love the design - fit is firm, like shapewear, no movement, good hold and stretchy. It's squeezy to get on, but absolutely perfect when it's on.
LAB have done it again. Their running Tees have been my go to throughout the cooler months. They are such a great fit and fantastic quality. I bought the “happy” singlet for summer and it was the same high standard of quality, comfort and fit.
This holds me in and feels firm without cutting off circulation. She is firm to get on- just need to wiggle into it- but once on does not move
