What's your return policy?
Our policy is make it easy! Free postage paid returns within 30 days for any full priced item. Jump onto your account, select the item you want to exchange and we will email you the return label or give you instructions. Got more questions? Send us an email thelab@liveandbreatheactive.com
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. We process orders same day, and depending on what service you've chosen, it could be next day or a couple of days for Australia Post to get your order to you.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How do I know my size?
Our size charts are designed to get a great fit for you. We have both height & weight as well as measurements to help you find the right size. If you're still not sure, give us a call, we find we get people into the right size over the phone with a few questions and decades of experience.

I absolutely love my velocity aero tri suit- I have the pink and the teal and love them both. I have the matching crop top for both which I wear underneath- I never experience chaffing or rubbing and love these suits.
The stitching did come apart on my sleeve which was a manufacture fault and Live and Breathe exchanged this with absolute efficiency even including the return postage. Was so great to see such this exchanged without any issue and so promptly it arrived in time for my next race. Absolutely love these suits and dealing with Live and Breathe. Love the crop tops for the undersuit as well.

Love this for my first time tri kiddo. She felt so comfortable in it and was a great fit! It shipped and arrived MUCH quicker than I thought it would. She was easy to spot and didn’t want to take it off!
These are the most comfortable run shorts. The built in liner is perfect for both long runs and gym. Light and stretchy so that it allows a full range of motion, but supportive and comfortable. The pockets on the lining are perfect for holding phone, keys and nutrition while running. Doesn't bounce or move.
These were just what I needed - comfortable fit & useful pockets. I always like to carry my phone & keys when running. Both of which felt unobtrusive while I was running.
Very snug and warm, should have brought one ages ago. Will use for open water and poolside swim ops :) Would be great to see some colour designs like the tri suits etc you have, I'm over the boring 'one color' options.

I had wanted these for ages - love the print! I was worried they were too small - they are a different cut to my other run tights. When I wore them running they were very comfortable and didn't ride up my legs. I just love the ocean print!
I was worried I got a size too small (after following website sizing) but I wore the cosi to a 4km squad session and it was a perfect fit. I love the colour & the tie back plus the better bottom coverage.
OMG the suit is so freaking comfy!!! I did a long ride. No rubbing from being loose near the chamois, no tightness around the tummy, perfect grip around the legs and perfect as the temperature heated up. And the message ‘Better than yesterday’ was on point.
